For scientific sessions of the symposium, here is an update about live or pre-recorded presentations as well as arrangements for the presentations:
For live presentations, you will be given 15 min to present your work using Microsoft PowerPoint via Zoom followed by 5 min of Q&A. For pre-recorded presentations, the time allocated will be the same if you will be able to attend the 5-min Q&A after we have played your recording. For those who are not able to join the symposium due to time difference, we have allocated all 20 min for your pre-recorded presentations.
We are delighted to announce that selected papers presented during the 12th ARRCN Symposium will be published in a special issue of Journal of Raptor Research (JRR) themed "Ecology and Conservation of Asian Raptors". For presenters who are keen to have your papers published in JRR, the deadline for a full manuscript submission is 30 April 2022. Authors can opt for submitting a full-length original manuscript or a short communication. Please indicate in here https://forms.gle/7sMhzgZuZcS6x5t47 if you wish to submit your manuscript for consideration for publication in JRR. When submitting your manuscript to JRR, please note in the cover letter that your manuscript should be considered for this special issue. Suitable manuscripts not presented at the symposium are also encouraged. This means non-presenters who are keen to submit their manuscripts can also fill up the Google form above.
